Why Wendbaarsturen exists
Wendbaarsturen was founded by Bas Loch. He has worked with Obeya in practice for years: as an Obeya specialist, as a Navigator and as a trainer of Navigators. He kept seeing the same thing happen. A board hangs on the wall, but the conversation that matters happens in the corridor. Wendbaarsturen was made to get that conversation to the table.

The aim is a team that can do it itself. Not a team that keeps needing us.

Alongside the training, a permanent team works on the software and the learning environment. For questions about the technology, someone from the software team joins.
