Everything stays connected
An Obeya and a Kanban board together form one environment, with one member list, one agenda and one Navigator. Work on the Kanban board stays linked to the goal on the Obeya, so it stays visible why something is being done. Once all the underlying work is finished, you see that straight away at the goal.
Meetings are built in, not bolted on
Set a rhythm per board, and the coming meetings are ready.
Team members raise points, the Navigator puts the agenda together.
Every agenda item gets an outcome that lands on the card it is about.
The report goes to the participants afterwards. Nobody has to type up minutes.
The AI your organisation chooses itself
Connect the AI your organisation already works with. It reads along on the boards, makes suggestions and carries out what you ask: preparing a meeting, analysing a board, creating a card or handing work to another team. Always within the user's permissions. Private boards stay out of reach and the connection can be withdrawn at any moment. The AI works along, the team decides.
