Obeya and Wendbaarsturen
What is the difference between Obeya and the software?
Obeya is a way of steering together: looking, choosing and agreeing together every week. The software supports that. The Obeya sits in the team, not in the software.
Which organisations is Wendbaarsturen for?
For any team that wants to reach goals together, in any sector. From healthcare and education to government and business.
Is there a Dutch version as well?
Yes. The site, the e-learning and the software are available in Dutch and English. Choose NL or EN at the top right.
The training
How long does Basic Obeya take?
The track consists of a preliminary talk, e-learning, a day for the Navigators, two training days with at least two weeks in between, and a follow-up day. How that falls in time we agree in the preliminary talk.
How much time does it take participants?
Participants follow a few hours of e-learning, spread over the track, and two training days. Navigators also have an e-learning of their own and an extra day.
How many people is a track for?
For a team of up to twenty people. If the group is larger, we plan a second track.
Who become the Navigators?
Three or four people from the team itself. In the preliminary talk we look together at who can carry the role well.
Do managers take part?
Yes. Managers follow the same e-learning and training days. Management writes the vision the team starts with beforehand.
What is possible after the training?
Among other things a year start, an onboarding session for new colleagues, peer sessions for Navigators and help with a problem that is stuck. See After the basics.
The software
What can the AI in the software do?
The AI you connect can do everything the user may do: read along, make suggestions and carry out actions. Private boards stay out of reach and you can always withdraw the connection.
Can I try the software first?
Yes, you can try the software free for 30 days. If you want to know how your team will really work with it, book a meeting.
What happens with our data?

Does it work with shift work and sites spread across a region?
Yes. The approach is built for exactly that.
How does purchasing work?
After the first meeting and the preliminary talk you receive a tailored quotation for the whole track.
