Obeya training at your own location
In Basic Obeya the team builds its own board: its own goals, its own lanes and its own agreements for the meeting. The Navigator then keeps the rhythm going. And after the training, Wendbaarsturen stays involved.

Structure
A preliminary talk, e-learning, a day for the Navigators, two training days with at least two weeks in between, and a follow-up day.
For whom
For a team of up to twenty people. If the group is larger, we plan a second track.
Location
Always at your own location.
Managers
Managers follow the same e-learning and training days.

After the first meeting and the preliminary talk you receive a tailored quotation for the whole track.
