From a plan on paper to a team that adjusts every week
Whether you work in healthcare, in education, at a local authority or in a business: there is a plan everywhere. And everywhere the question is how to keep that plan alive in the work of every day. An Obeya helps with that.
What you use an Obeya for
The goals from the annual plan or policy plan translated into what a team does this month.
Short, standing at the board, about what is off track and what needs to happen now.
Work that sits with several teams or partners stays visible until it is finished.
Many parties, one place where everyone sees where it stands.
Seeing where the organisation stands without having to ask for a report first.

What an Obeya is not
Not a tool you install and you are done. Obeya sits in how the team works, the software helps with that.
What is on the board you no longer have to keep anywhere else.
It becomes the way the team steers itself.
How to start
We look together at where you stand and what fits.
We settle the programme. The team appoints the Navigators and management writes the vision the team starts with.
E-learning, a day for the Navigators and two training days with the whole team.
The team runs its own Obeya. With a follow-up day, and support if that is needed.
What you need to get started
- A vision from management before the first training day starts.
- Three or four Navigators from the team itself.
- At least two weeks between the two training days.
- A team of up to twenty people. If the group is larger, we plan a second track.
Ready to see what it brings you?
In a first meeting we discuss where your team stands and whether Obeya fits.
